Kitchen and Bathroom Makeover Halted

A couple of projects around the house would need to be left pending as we go to Arbat to see the Yuri Gagarin memorial complex through the Russian travel company that I found over the internet. The flight will be this weekend and I just have to prepare everything so we could leave properly. After that trip, off to work again on the new kitchen that we are refurbishing, as well as the bathroom in the first floor. We have decided to change the look of the two rooms since those two are the only ones that haven’t gotten a makeover yet. I want to have the whole house to have that contemporary look. We already took care of the living room and the bedrooms, and nothing left but to fix the kitchen and the bathroom to make the process complete. We were already able to change the lightings since that’s the easiest to do, and we are now working on the counters for both rooms. For the bathroom, it would have to come last because the plumbers are only available this weekend, which we could not afford since we are flying to Russia. Anyway, I guess I’ll just have to leave things as they are right now, otherwise, I won’t be able to enjoy our trip.
